Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k222 governing your use of the k222 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Last updated: June 2026.

1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with k222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register, access, or use the k222 platform in any capacity. k222 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of k222 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, region, or province. k222 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in your specific location. 2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) k222 account. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from k222 or from gambling services generally are not permitted to use the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 To access k222's gambling services, you must register an account by providing a valid email address, creating a secure password, and confirming your agreement to these Terms.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). k222 is required to verify the identity of its users prior to processing withdrawals. 3.3 k222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending KYC verification, or where submitted documentation is unsatisfactory or suspected to be fraudulent.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. k222 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 You must notify k222 immediately via the live support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.1 Currency. All k222 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to a k222 account is Rs 200. k222 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice.
4.3 Deposit Methods. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and USDT TRC20. k222 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name and matching the name on the verified CNIC on file. k222 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
4.6 k222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5.1 All bets placed on k222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Game-specific rules are accessible within the k222 platform.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. k222 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects the integrity of an event, where technical errors have occurred, or where the Platform believes a bet constitutes abuse of promotional terms.
5.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction or human error, k222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
5.4 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs) are subject to additional sport-specific rules published within the k222 sports betting section. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed availability; k222 is not liable for in-play betting outages caused by third-party data providers.
5.5 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio dealing procedures. k222 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds.
6.1 k222 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.
6.2 k222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms in connection with bonus usage.
6.3 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Specific requirements are communicated in the relevant promotion terms.
You must not, and you agree not to, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your k222 account or the Platform:
7.1 k222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report any suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the k222 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of k222 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without the express written consent of k222.
8.2 k222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
9.1 k222 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and service quality, k222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k222 excludes liability for: (a) any losses arising from your participation in gambling activities on the Platform; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special losses; (c) losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits k222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 k222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their k222 account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11.1 k222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) an account has been inactive for an extended period; (c) k222 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or (d) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
11.2 Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonuses or winnings subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
11.3 You may close your k222 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email.
12.1 k222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the k222 website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
